What is waiting, and on whom.
The console leads with what needs a person, not with vanity totals. Each row carries one link to the place where someone acts on it.
- Every file out for signature, with the list one click away.
- Files that have waited more than seven days, called out so someone can nudge or withdraw.
- Signing emails that did not arrive, so a bounced address is found before a deadline is.
- Invitations still pending, beside the people they were sent to.
The document path
Watch documents move from uploaded to sealed.
Started, sent and sealed over the last thirty days, with the conversion between each step — and twelve weeks of weekly trend beside it.
Every value stays readable
Bars scale against the first stage and each one carries its count. Every chart keeps the same numbers in a list assistive technology can read, one hue does all the drawing, and a zero week still paints a stub so the axis reads as time rather than as missing data.
People
Invite, promote and remove, with a confirmation each time.
Invite by address, remove, hand over ownership — from the console itself. Removing someone asks for a confirmation first, because a mis-click must never take a colleague's access away.
Owner
Holds the plan. The one role that transfers ownership, closes the workspace, or changes what the organization pays.
Member
Everything else. Uploads, prepares and sends files, invites people, and reads this console. Membership is free and unlimited, so a workspace never counts its people.
Sending is the meter, not people: the plan counts files sent this month, and the console says where the count stands next to the number. Adding a colleague costs nothing.
Boundaries
What the console counts, and what it never opens.
The console counts and groups. It does not open documents, and it does not watch people read.
- Member activity is files created and files sent — never what anyone read, or for how long.
- A signer's reading data is consent-gated and stays with the file. It never aggregates here.
- Every model request requires zero-data-retention routing and prompt-training opt-out.
